For organizers, promoters & venues

Sell tickets.
Keep your price.

Sell online, sell at every register in the building, and get paid into your own Stripe account. Put fees on top so you get your full ticket price, or go all-in so the price on the poster is the price at checkout. You choose.

  • No setup fee
  • No monthly fee
  • Free events are free
  • Fees on top or all-in

From the first ticket to the last call

One platform for the whole night.

Most ticketing stops at checkout, and most point-of-sale doesn't know your guest list. Accedo runs both. Tickets, the door, the bar and the merch table all land in one set of numbers.

Your event page

Poster, date, venue and description on a public page, with every ticket type and a running total shown before the buyer commits.

Tickets, delivered

Buyers get their tickets on screen the moment they pay and in their inbox, ready for Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or a printable PDF.

Paper, if you want it

Selling through a record store, a bar or the band? Request printed tickets for local distribution. They scan like any other ticket.

One ticket, one entry

Every admission gets its own QR code. The first scan lets them in, and every scan after that is refused. A forwarded screenshot won't get a second person through.

Check-in by camera

Scan with a phone's camera or a Bluetooth scanner. Already-used, wrong-event and void tickets are flagged on screen before anyone gets waved through.

Every register in the building

Door, concessions, bar, merch. Run as many points of sale as the night needs, all feeding the same event.

Cash that adds up

Every cash sale is counted as it's rung up, so closing out is checking the drawer against a number, not reconstructing one.

Ticket types that fit

GA, VIP, early bird, each with its own price, quantity and on-sale window. Bundles turn one purchase into a whole table, with a ticket for every guest.

A link for every band

Give each act on the bill its own referral link and see exactly who brought the crowd. Pay by the draw with numbers nobody can argue with.

Collaborate on events

Invite a co-promoter or partner by phone number. They get that one event and nothing else in your account.

Your whole team

Add employees to your organization as admins, read-only managers or door staff. Everyone sees what their job needs and nothing more.

Sales in real time

Tickets sold, revenue and estimated payout for every event, updating as it happens. Open any order to see what was bought and what's been scanned.

In the venue

Run every register in the building.

Tickets are half the night. The Accedo Admin app turns an iPad and a Stripe card reader into a point of sale anywhere you need one, and every sale lands on the same event as your online tickets.

  • Walk-up tickets, with a real scannable ticket for each guest
  • Wristbands, drinks, food, merch and parking in one cart
  • Card on a Stripe reader, or cash with every sale counted
  • Cash and card totals per event, ready to reconcile at close
  • 01DoorWalk-ups and check-in
  • 02BarDrinks and drink tickets
  • 03ConcessionsFood and snacks
  • 04MerchShirts, vinyl, posters

Pricing

Free to use. Priced your way.

No subscription and nothing up front. Accedo earns a small fee when you sell, and you decide how your buyers see it.

List at $25.00 → you receive $25.00

All-in

The price is the price.

List a $30 ticket and the buyer pays $30. No surprises at checkout. Fees and tax are included, and you see your exact take-home before you publish.

Fees & pricing

Who pays the fees?

You decide, event by event. With fees on top, the buyer pays Accedo's fee and card processing on top of your price, and you receive your full ticket price. With all-in, fees and tax are included in the price you list, so the buyer pays exactly what's on the poster.

What is all-in pricing, and why would I use it?

All-in means the listed price is the total. There's no fee line and no tax added at checkout. Buyers trust a price that doesn't jump on the last screen. You see exactly what you'll take home per ticket before you publish, so there are no surprises on your side either.

Is there a setup fee, subscription or minimum?

No. Creating an account, adding your team, listing events and checking guests in cost nothing. Accedo only earns when you make a sale.

Why does the service fee change with the ticket price?

Accedo's part is flat: $1.25 per paid ticket online. The part that moves is card processing, which Stripe charges as 2.9% plus 30¢, so it's slightly higher on bigger orders.

What does it cost to run a free event?

Nothing. $0 tickets carry no service fee, no processing and no tax, and an order made up only of free tickets skips payment altogether. Each buyer can claim up to 10 free tickets per order.

Can I mix free and paid tickets?

Yes. Only the paid tickets carry fees and tax. Free ones cost nothing.

How is sales tax handled?

Sales tax is calculated on the tickets and the fees. With fees on top, it's added at checkout; with all-in, it's included in your listed price. Online orders currently use 6.25%, and in-venue sales use the rate for your venue's address. If your jurisdiction's rate is different, tell us before you go on sale.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes: percentage or fixed amount, per ticket or per order, with limits on total uses, uses per order and uses per email. Send us the code and the discount and we'll set it up for your event.

Getting paid

Where does the money go?

Into your own Stripe account, connected during sign-up. Accedo isn't a bank and doesn't hold your money. Stripe processes every payment and pays out to you.

When do I get paid?

On your Stripe account's payout schedule. As with any ticketing platform, a payout can be held in some cases, such as a disputed charge or a risk review ahead of a large event. The Organizer Terms explain when.

How do refunds work?

You set your refund policy and issue refunds from your Stripe dashboard. Refunds come out of your payouts, and Accedo's service fee isn't refunded.

What happens if a buyer disputes a charge?

Chargebacks are the organizer's responsibility, as with any card payment. The disputed amount can be deducted from your payouts while it's resolved.

Tickets & entry

How do buyers get their tickets?

Two ways, so nobody's stuck at the door. The moment they pay, the confirmation screen has links to add their tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or to download a PDF. They also get an email with the same tickets, so they can find them again on the night.

Can I get paper tickets?

Yes. If you sell through local outlets like a record store, a bar or the band's merch table, request printed tickets for local distribution. Each one carries its own QR code and scans at the door exactly like a digital ticket.

What stops people sharing a screenshot of a ticket?

Each admission has exactly one QR code. The first scan checks the guest in. Any later scan of that code is refused, whether it comes from the wallet pass, the PDF, the email or a screenshot.

What do I need to check people in?

A phone. Scan the QR code with the camera or a Bluetooth barcode scanner, or type the code in by hand if a screen is too cracked or dim to read.

Can I sell a table or group ticket?

Yes. Set a bundle size on the ticket type. A "Table for 4" creates four separate scannable tickets from one purchase, so the buyer can hand one to each guest.

In the venue

Can I sell more than tickets on the night?

Yes. Run a point of sale at the door, the bar, concessions and the merch table, as many as the night needs. Tickets, drinks, food, wristbands and merch all ring up in the same app, and every sale lands on the same event as your online tickets.

What does selling in the venue cost?

50¢ per admission ticket and 1% on everything else, plus card processing on card sales. There's no Accedo fee on cash. For hardware and setup, contact us about POS.

How does closing out cash work?

Every cash sale is counted as it's rung up, and each event shows cash and card totals separately. At the end of the night you're checking the drawer against a number, not rebuilding it from memory.

Team & promotion

Can I add my employees?

Yes, as many as you need, at no extra cost. Add people to your organization as admins who run everything, read-only members who can see sales but change nothing, or door staff who get the scanner and the register and nothing else.

Can I collaborate on events?

Yes. Invite a collaborator, such as a co-promoter, a partner venue or a booking agent, by their phone number. They get access to that one event and its sales, and nothing else in your account. If they're not on Accedo yet, the invite is waiting for them when they sign up.

Can I see which band brought the crowd?

Yes. Give each act on the bill its own referral link, like accedotickets.com/events/your-show?ref=the-openers, and Accedo tracks orders, tickets and revenue per link. It's the fairest way to split a door deal, and it shows every band exactly how hard their fans showed up.

Your account

Who can sell on Accedo?

Anyone putting on their own event, whether that's a promoter with one show a year, a club with three a week, a venue or a festival. You'll need to pass Stripe's identity check and have a US bank account for payouts.

What do I need to sign up?

Your business or venue's legal name and contact details, bank details for Stripe, a completed W-9 (PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP under 10 MB) and your venue's address.

Can I resell tickets to someone else's event?

No. Accedo is for organizers selling their own events. It isn't a resale marketplace.

Your next show, on sale today.

Set up once, sell as many events as you like, and run the whole night from one place.
